My mom is tired of lugging around my sister’s backpack and my backpack around the rink for public sessions and lessons. We wanted to get a bag that could fit two pairs of skates, two pairs of soakers, two pairs of hard guards, a rag, our skate book thing, and two pairs of gloves.
The zuca bag seemed like a good bag but it is too expensive for us so we wanted a cheaper one.
We wanted this bag mainly because of the backpack feature and the many pockets. Could this bag fit a size 8 skate and a size 5 skate?
Would you buy this bag?
I have this bag! You probably shouldn’t put two skates in each side pocket,(they’ll mess each other up and rub marks in each other) put the bigger skates in the side pockets with the bigger skates’ soakers, guards, etc, then put the small skates in the bottom of the middle part of the bag with all the accessories that go with the small skates. LOTS of thing can fit in the middle, today I fit my socks, gloves, a large cooler, a sandwich, a box of crackers, some other accessories and still had room left over.
Edit- The small skates should be completely dry and aired out before putting in the middle of the bag to prevent rusty blades and moldy bag.
